IR Strategic Planning
For public companies that do not have a dedicated IR professional in-house, we will prepare an investor relations strategy for the Company that aligns with management goals and maximizes the impact of investor engagement opportunities.

Perception Studies
Perception studies help management understand how stakeholders’ view the company’s growth strategy, competitive positioning, and effectiveness of current corporate communication.
Working with management, we will put together a 10-minute survey soliciting stakeholder views on the company. We will contact representatives of the board, senior management, sell-side analysts that follow the company or the industry, current equity investors, current bond holders and investors that do not own the company’s stock but own a competitor. The results of the survey will clarify if the company’s messaging is being communicated effectively across its various stakeholders, and if not, we will provide recommendations to address the issues that arise.

Investor & Analyst Targeting
We will perform a shareholder analysis of the company and its peer group and identify potential investors. Additionally, we will work with management to flag those investors that frequently request conference meetings, but have never bought the stock.
We will identify sell-side analysts that cover the industry and work with management to highlight ways to attract additional coverage, such as arranging informational phone meetings and participating in sell-side conferences.

Investor & Analyst Outreach
This project is a natural next step after investor and analyst targeting. We coordinate virtual or in-person non-deal roadshow (NDRS) meetings with investors who currently do not own your stock. This proactive outreach introduces your company to new stakeholders, builds awareness, and creates opportunities for meaningful dialogue that can drive long-term interest.

Analyst Model & Estimate Review
Which firms are included in your consensus estimates? Do analyst models properly capture management guidance? Are the financial information providers (Bloomberg, Fact Set, Thompson Reuters) capturing and displaying your financial results correctly?
We will review analyst models and estimates and highlight the key assumptions underlying each analysts’ growth expectations for the Company. Additionally, we will reach out to the financial information providers to correct any errors on the company’s profile.
